Albania Introduces New AI Features for the e-Albania Platform

On 31 October, Albania presented upgraded features for Diella 4.0, its AI-powered assistant on the e-Albania public-services platform. The system supports natural-language interaction and assistance with public-service procedures and document preparation, but no separate development or deployment cost was disclosed. The launch creates opportunities in AI integration, digital government and software development.
